1. In the use and maintenance of the track, the most important thing is to ensure that the pin often rotates in the pin hole. Every day before you go out, check whether the track pin is blocked by dirt and cannot turn, and if it is blocked, find a way to restore it to rotation. The second is to regularly check and correct the deformation of the track plate in order to ensure that the pin holes are concentric and prevent the pin from grinding. If a dowel feels difficult to pull with a wrench, then the front and back track plates connected to the dowel are likely to be deformed. It is also possible to measure the deformation of the track plate with a special template ruler. The deformed ones should be corrected in time. The correction method is: lift the drooping part of the deformed track plate, without heating, and directly use a sledgehammer to hammer the guiding part a few times to correct it.
2. When the wall thickness of the track pin hole is only 2 ~ 3mm, the outer diameter of the meshing part with the drive wheel reaches 33 ~ 34mm, and the runway is sunk 4 ~ 5mm, it should be repaired and then used, and the repaired ones should be repaired as far as possible, without replacing the whole set. The new and old tracks should be used at intervals to make the pitch as even as possible. When it is found that the driving wheel and the track plate are seriously worn, under normal circumstances, the whole set of track plates can be turned around to use, because the tractor has less opportunity to reverse speed. When the diameter of the track pin is refined to 18mm, a new pin should be replaced to shorten the pitch by 4mm, which is good for extending the service life of the track. The repair of the track plate is more troublesome, and the main problem after repair is not enough wear. Therefore, in recent years, the track plate with serious wear has been replaced by repair.
3. driving should be based on the road conditions reasonable choice of gear, and at any time with the throttle to control the speed. High speed driving, sharp turns at high speed and forced starting at high speed are prohibited. Because of the high speed track travelling mechanism, its dynamic mating parts collide with each other under the action of huge impact load, resulting in premature wear of the dynamic mating surface. Excessive impact load will damage the suspension, twist the crank shaft body and crack the crank shaft hole of the frame. When working in the field, one side should be avoided to be covered in the soil trench, and the field operation should try to avoid the partial traction of the unit to avoid unilateral wear of the walking mechanism.
4. Do a good job of track tension adjustment, which can reduce the wear of the driving wheel and prevent the track from deviating. When adjusting, the tractor is parked on a flat hard ground, and a straight wooden strip is placed on the track pin at both ends of the track between the two supporting sprockets. The distance between the upper surface of the track pin and the lower plane of the wood strip is measured at the place where the droop of the track is the largest. When the tightness is normal, the distance should be 30 ~ 50mm. If not, you can turn the adjusting nut of the guide wheel tensioning bolt to adjust by changing the front and rear positions of the guide wheel. If the tension bolt has been adjusted to the end, but the track is still too loose, you should remove a track plate and adjust it. After the tension is adjusted properly, the compression length of the buffer spring should be 260 ~ 265mm to ensure the normal buffer effect, otherwise it should be re-adjusted to the standard.
