(1) Before the operation, check that the engine oil and water (including battery water) are sufficient, the lever is placed in neutral, the hydraulic pipes and joints are not loose or leaking, the hydraulic oil tank has enough oil, the brake is sensitive and reliable, and the light meter is complete and adequate before starting.

(2) The machine must be started by sounding the horn and lifting the bucket about 50cm off the ground. High-speed gears are available for driving, but no lifting and turning of the bucket is allowed, low-speed gears should be used for operation, no one is allowed under the bucket and no one is allowed to carry the bucket.

(3) The loader shall not operate on an inclined site, and there shall be no obstructions or unrelated persons in the operating area. Loading and unloading operations shall be carried out on level ground.

(4) When unloading materials into the car, it is strictly forbidden to cross the bucket from the top of the cab, the bucket shall not collide with the carriage, it is strictly forbidden to have people in the carriage, and shall not use the bucket to transport materials.

(5)When unloading materials at the edge of the trench, there must be a person in charge, the front wheel of the loader should be kept at a safe distance of not less than 2m from the edge of the trench, and placed a blocking wood to block the cover.

(6)When loading piled-up sand, the bucket should be inserted at low speed, place the bottom of the bucket on the ground, lower the bucket arm, and then follow the ground and gradually increase the engine speed to push forward.

(7) When working on loose and uneven ground, the arm should be placed in a floating position to make the bucket work smoothly; if the resistance is too great when advancing, the arm can be raised slightly.

(8) When raising the boom for maintenance and lubrication, the boom must be supported firmly. It is strictly forbidden to use the bucket as a support to lift the chassis for maintenance.

(9)Low-speed gears should be used to travel downhill, and no idle gears should be used for coasting.

(10) Continuous braking should be carried out immediately after wading through water to exclude the water in the brake pads.

(11) After the operation, the loader should be driven to a safe area and not parked in a puddle of water. The bucket must be placed flat on the ground, the handle placed in a neutral position and the hand brake connected. Close the doors and windows and lock them before the driver leaves.
