Causes of backhoe loader heating

There are many styles of backhoe loaders on the market, and different types have different requirements for models. Any kind of attachment can be used with backhoe loaders, which can save more use costs while improving operating efficiency.

During the use of the backhoe loader, it is inevitable that there will be many problems. Due to long-term operation, the machine tool components will have different degrees of heating. Overheating is an abnormal phenomenon. There are many reasons for the backhoe loader to heat up, such as:

Due to the long-term, high-frequency, and high-load operations of backhoe loaders, wear and heat will inevitably occur.

When used in the process of grabbing, handling, loading and unloading of bulk materials, there will be many scenes with high work intensity, long working hours and complicated working environment. Heat generated by friction.

The high oil temperature of the hydraulic cylinder will also cause the backhoe loader to heat up, too fast or too slow. The oil inlet pipe of the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic oil tank are not tightly sealed, the air inlet filter is blocked, the pipeline of the hydraulic system is uneven, and the internal leakage of the hydraulic pump causes the hydraulic oil to generate a lot of heat.

There is blockage inside the hydraulic oil radiator, too much dust outside the radiator, and the hydraulic oil does not pass through the hydraulic oil radiator, etc., which may cause the hydraulic oil to dissipate slowly and gradually heat up. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job of lubricating the backhoe loader in order to effectively avoid reducing the service life due to excessive wear. Due to the large amount of impurities in the environment, friction iron filings appear at the joints of components, or flying dust impurities are mixed in the air from time to time.
