Combine harvester safety operation note:

1, the driver must be through the technical training of the agricultural machinery management department, and obtain the harvester driving operation or farm work certificate. 

2, before the car should be strictly in accordance with the instructions to do machine maintenance, pay attention to the maintenance and maintenance of the walking system in the field to ensure that the harvester is in a good technical state.

3, when working, the harvester can take 1 person (the mainframe can sit 1-2 people), not allowed to take personnel unrelated to the operation.

4. The new or overhauled harvester must be run in strict accordance with the technical regulations before use. Without running-in test operation, shall not be put into formal use.

5. Before the engine starts, the gear shift lever and the power transfer out shaft control handle should be placed in the neutral position (the working clutch should be placed in the separation position for the tracked model).

6, the harvester starts, engages the power (or working clutch) to turn, astern should honk or send a signal in advance, and observe whether the machine before, after, left and right, whether the grain is seated; When starting and engaging power gear, the speed should be gradually accelerated from slow; Turn and reverse slowly.

7, the operation, the driver should concentrate on, observe, listen to the operation of the machine parts, find abnormal sound or fault, should stop immediately, troubleshoot before continuing the operation.
