7. The threshing drum is blocked
When the drum clearance is too small, the clearance between the drum and the concave plate should be increased appropriately when harvesting the wet crop with grass. The engine power is insufficient, and the transmission belt is slipping, so that the cylinder speed is not enough. When the drum speed drops, the locomotive forward speed should be reduced or temporarily stopped to adjust the tightness of the transmission belt. The speed of the pick wheel and the pick machine is not enough, the stem is not smooth, and the speed of the drum and the clearance of the pick machine bearing are correctly adjusted; There are crops that are too wet, too dense, too many tough weeds, and fast walking speed, which are easy to cause cylinder blockage.
8, both threshing is not clean and broken too much
Some years of disrepair combine harvester operation, easy to produce both threshing is not clean and broken too much phenomenon, serious, in the broken grain into powder at the same time, there is a complete ear head without threshing and discharge, resulting in serious losses. The causes of this phenomenon and the elimination methods are described as follows: ① The grain rod and the concave plate are bent or distorted seriously. The bending and twisting amount is far greater than the allowed range, and when the gap between the drum and the concave plate is adjusted, there will be different gap sizes in the entire threshing area, some parts of the gap is too large, and some parts of the gap is too small (or even almost no gap). The parts with large gaps are not clean, and even the whole ear is leaking. The parts with small gaps are broken (or even powdered), and the problem cannot be solved simply by adjusting the gaps. A thorough repair should be carried out to replace all worn and deformed parts. The curvature radius of the working surface of the whole concave plate must meet the design requirements. (2) The rotating speed of the plate tooth drum is high, and the tooth surface of the plate tooth concave plate is not involved in the work; Or the plate tooth roller speed is low, and the plate tooth concave plate tooth surface is involved in the work; Or the gap of the active concave plate is too large, and the roller speed is too high, there will be both unclean threshing and crushing phenomenon. Some drivers do not understand the threshing principle of the threshing device. In fact, threshing is a more complex physical process, is a complex process including hitting, rubbing, extrusion, brushing and so on. Only the hitting process, no rubbing, squeezing, brushing, is not a complete process, and only squeezing, rubbing, brushing, and no hitting is not a complete process. As a result, the above phenomena are bound to occur. Therefore, when operating, the roller must maintain a stable design speed (neither high nor low), and the concave tooth surface adjusts the working surface according to the needs of the harvest crop.
